    • Order are processed within 3-5 business days(s) excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

  3. CANCELLATIONS

  4. RETURNS

    • All sales are final, and returns are not accepted.

  5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

    • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

    • Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

    • Worldwide shipping by DHL/FedEx. Import duty and VAT will be charged to importer by DHL or Selected Carrier according to the laws of each countries.
